1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 345pkr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who registers for, accesses, or uses the 345pkr platform available at 345pkr.net and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, or application versions.

345pkr operates as an online casino and sports betting platform offering live dealer casino games, RNG-certified slot games, sports betting markets including cricket and PSL, and associated account services to eligible players in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions.

345pkr operates under an international gaming licence. All gaming activity on the 345pkr platform is conducted in compliance with the requirements of that licence, including RNG certification standards, responsible gambling obligations, and player protection requirements. These Terms are designed to reflect those compliance obligations alongside the contractual relationship between 345pkr and its players.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 345pkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 345pkr strictly prohibits access to and use of the platform by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at any point, and failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension.
• You must be registering as an individual, not as a corporate entity or on behalf of any third party.

345pkr reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks on any account at any time. KYC documentation may include a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that fail or refuse KYC verification may be suspended, and pending withdrawal requests may be held until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Players from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, and all other cities across Pakistan are welcome to register on 345pkr provided they meet the above eligibility criteria.

3. Account Security & Player Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 345pkr account credentials, including your username and password. 345pkr strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password that is not used for any other online service.

You agree not to share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your 345pkr account — whether or not you personally authorised it — is your responsibility. 345pkr will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 345pkr's support team immediately via the live chat facility available on the platform. 345pkr may temporarily suspend your account while investigating any security concern.

You agree to keep your registered personal information up to date. Changes to your mobile number, email address, or payment details must be updated through the account settings panel or by contacting 345pkr support. Outdated contact information that causes a failed withdrawal or security notification will be your sole responsibility.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Transactions

345pkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All account balances are maintained and displayed in PKR. 345pkr does not apply currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically reflected in your 345pkr account balance within seconds of a successful transfer. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to 30 minutes during peak periods.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• There must be no outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds associated with your balance.
• The withdrawal request must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the chosen payment method.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 1–4 hours of request approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically processed within 24 hours of request approval.

345pkr reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request where fraud prevention checks or KYC requirements indicate a need for further verification. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold during such verification periods.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the associated account may be suspended.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

345pkr offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses on first deposits, reload bonuses, cashback offers on live casino losses, and time-limited promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this clause.

Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 345pkr bonuses:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived funds or winnings attributable to bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds will be credited to a separate bonus balance and will be used after your real-money balance is depleted, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Certain high-RTP games and certain live dealer tables may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• Only one bonus may be active on your 345pkr account at any given time, unless 345pkr explicitly communicates otherwise.
• 345pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus will not have their terms retrospectively changed.
• Abuse of 345pkr promotions — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account termination.

Players who wish to decline a bonus after it has been credited to their account should contact 345pkr support immediately. Once wagering has commenced on a bonus, the bonus may not be removed without forfeiting the associated funds.

6. Casino Games, Sports Betting & Wagering Rules

The following general wagering rules apply across the 345pkr platform:

• 345pkr reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on erroneous odds or prices published due to a technical or human error, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.

For cricket and PSL betting specifically, live in-play markets are subject to suspension during key moments such as wicket deliveries, reviews, and weather delays. Pre-match markets close at the scheduled start time of the relevant fixture. 345pkr's cricket settlement rules for interrupted or Duckworth-Lewis-Stern affected matches will be published in the specific cricket betting rules section of the platform.

7. Prohibited Activities & Misuse of the Platform

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 345pkr platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Multiple accounts: Opening or operating more than one 345pkr account per individual for any purpose, including circumventing bonus restrictions or self-exclusion.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including through coordinated play between multiple accounts, matched betting strategies designed to extract bonus value with no genuine risk, or other methods designed to abuse promotional terms.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the 345pkr platform in place of genuine human play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or technical malfunction to place wagers or claim winnings that would not be available under normal operating conditions.
• Money laundering: Using the 345pkr platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds for the purpose of money laundering or any other criminal financial activity. 345pkr has a legal obligation to report suspicious transaction activity.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 345pkr platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 345pkr platform content without prior written authorisation from 345pkr.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

345pkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the 345pkr Privacy Policy in full.

Personal information collected during registration and account operation — including your name, Pakistani mobile number, CNIC details, and payment information — is used for account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service communication. 345pkr does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 345pkr's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the 345pkr platform, or any gaming activity shall be limited to the total net deposits made by that player to 345pkr in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

345pkr shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of winnings, or loss of opportunity arising from platform downtime, game malfunctions, or connectivity issues;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature;
• Losses arising from the player's reliance on game outcome predictions, betting tips, or third-party strategic advice;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions;
• Any loss or damage arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 345pkr's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

345pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 345pkr will provide reasonable notice to active account holders via the registered contact details on file or through a prominent notice on the 345pkr platform.

Your continued use of the 345pkr platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 345pkr support.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the 345pkr platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 345pkr holds its international gaming licence.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified under 345pkr's gaming licence.
